It comes months after a horrific crash in Ransom Township in Lackawanna County. David Ranakoski, 17, will be charged with homicide by vehicle. State police said he caused a crash that killed a 22 month old boy in May.
Pilot in crash identified
A section of Creek Road in Ransom Township, Lackawanna County, was closed by state police investigating a plane crash that killed the 67-year-old pilot. The Lackawanna County Coroner's Office identified the man as William Spear, 67.

Ranakoski was arrested for the May 9th car crash, on Dark Region Road in Ransom Township, that killed 22-month-old Cole Hazelton. According to prosecutors, Ranakoski was driving his car with several other teens.
